Sunil Manikath
Sunil is the Operational Excellence and Program Management Leader and Partner at Gloplax. Sunil brings over 30 years of diverse global experience in Information Technology and Global In-house Centres (GCCs), with deep capabilities in Technology Leadership, Operational Excellence, Shared Services Operations and GCC Site Leadership.
He served as a Senior Vice President and Site Leader for Wells Fargo EGS in Bangalore, India, providing overall leadership for the site hosting 6000+ team members across Technology, Operations, Risk Management, Analytics, etc. Sunil also led the 6000+ Technology team spread across India and the Philippines.
In his previous assignments, Sunil setup and managed the HR Shared Services Operations function providing HR Service Delivery, Payroll and Recruitment Operations across India and The Philippines. He also setup and led the Operational Excellence team, building the continuous improvement culture in the organization early in the journey.
Prior to Wells Fargo EGS, Sunil performed various leadership roles across Technology and Operational Excellence in the Australia & New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ) and other technology services companies.
A travel enthusiast, Sunil is discovering that spotting northern lights is more difficult than being up close to whale sharks and tigers!
Sunil is a graduate from Kerala University and is an alumnus of IIM, Bangalore.
