Partner and Automation Leader, Gloplax

Vishwas is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of diverse experience in IT, Automation and Global sourcing, spanning North America, EMEA, South Asia, and APAC. 

In this role, he is responsible for building and scaling automation capabilities across the organization. His role focuses on developing frameworks and tools that enhance process efficiency and extend value to client partners. Vishwas collaborates closely with technology and functional leaders at Gloplax to drive enterprise-wide transformation, enabling a more effective, efficient, and experience-driven organization.

With over 10 years of on-site and overseas experience, Vishwas brings extensive automation expertise and a strong process orientation, offering the ideal blend of skills and experience for this role. He spent 25 years with Australia & New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ), where he began his career in technology, supporting both retail and wholesale banking. Over time, he transitioned into leadership roles across IT infrastructure enablement, global account management, Asset Management, and Strategic sourcing.

Prior to this role, Vishwas led Supply Chain Management at Gloplax. Previously, he also held the same role at Wells Fargo for India and the Philippines, where he played a pivotal role in managing procurement functions and establishing and operating captive/GCC centers. He brings deep expertise in vendor ecosystem management across India and the Philippines, consistently delivering high-impact outcomes.

An Industrial Engineer and an avid agriculturist, Vishwas has strong capabilities in IT, automation, global sourcing, and has significant experience working with government bodies such as DOT, SEZ and STPI.
