Charlie Roberson

Co-founder and CEO

An industry veteran in the financial services sector, Charlie retired from Wells Fargo as Executive Vice President after an illustrious and distinguished 28-year career.

Among his pivotal achievements during his tenure at Wells Fargo was the spearheading of the company’s global services in 2007, scaling it from the ground up to over 25,000 team members within a decade. Charlie created an approach that imbibed Wells Fargo’s culture and earned the trust of senior leaders across the Company. He built a capable enterprise with a global team to assess opportunities, support decision-makers, transition the selected processes, and provide excellence in ongoing delivery; primarily in India and the Philippines.

Charlie led Enterprise Transformation efforts to identify $4 billion in cost savings by 2020, across all business lines, contact centres, operations, technology and support functions. In 2018, the global services organization won over sceptics by delivering more than $1 billion in savings, and the rest was in flight. The expected savings utilized the full spectrum of levers including global and domestic workforce location, process transformation, organizational centralization, establishing centres of excellence, automation and artificial intelligence, outsourcing arrangements and third-party efficiency. These efforts were supported by Enterprise change management, communications, governance, and reporting.

In the course of his career, Charlie has held a variety of Finance and Strategy leadership roles within Business Groups, Technology & Operations, and Mergers & Acquisitions teams.

A CPA and a graduate from Texas Tech University Rawls College of Business, Charlie is a frequent speaker at industry forums and leadership events. He is passionate about sharing his experiences and insights on global sourcing, operational excellence, and building high-performing teams.
