Sunil brings over 28 years of experience in global delivery environments across diverse industry verticals, with the past 18 years focused specifically on the financial services sector.

In his last assignment at Wells Fargo Bank as Senior Vice President, he led teams delivering Business Process Management and Automation services to the bank. He joined Wells Fargo in 2007 as part of the leadership team that was formed to build and grow the global services of the bank and played a pivotal role in shaping and executing the business strategy by leveraging his rich experience in establishing, stabilizing and growing offshore businesses for several multinational corporations.

With his strong infrastructure background, he was instrumental in establishing and running the Technology Infrastructure and Support Infrastructure (Facilities & Administration, Supply Chain / Procurement, Communications / Branding, Operational Excellence, Corporate Social Responsibility) across India and The Philippines. Sunil was the Site Leader for Wells Fargo Bangalore, setting it up and taking it to 6,000+ team members, providing technology, business operations, data & analytics, process engineering, and risk services to the bank.

In addition, Sunil was also instrumental in designing and building new functions and capabilities, like Offshore Vendor Management, Innovation Center and formulating the digital strategy and roadmap for the organization.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo, he worked with the ANZ Banking Group, where he built and led the Technology Infrastructure Services team. Highly adept at startup business environment, over the course of his career, he has held various technical and leadership positions in starting and stabilizing global services and domestic businesses at Reuters, Hughes, EDS and Bharti Telecom.

Sunil holds a degree in engineering from Annamalai University and is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School.
