Gilda Del Rosario is the Country Manager, Philippines. She is a seasoned leader with 39 years of extensive business experience in various industries across different functional areas.

Since 2008, she has been in the Global Sourcing industry working in the offshore delivery space. Her last assignment was with Wells Fargo – Enterprise Global Services, as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of the Bank in The Philippines since 2016. During this time, she led the 5,500+ Global Delivery Centre, supporting the bank’s business operations, technology, risk, marketing, and several other functions. Gilda helped grow the delivery centre and elevate it on the delivery maturity curve. She established the Manila delivery centre as a strategic asset for the bank.

Prior to that, she was the Head of Human Resources for Convergys Corporation (now Concentrix), the largest BPO company in the Philippines, from 2008.

Gilda has experience in business transformation work, with the ability to translate strategy into workable operating plans for successful execution. She is highly skilled in business process analysis and performance measurement systems as a method of problem identification and solutions and can adjust and adapt communication styles effectively to a diverse audience. She excels in managing global teams and stakeholders across countries with tremendous cultural agility and people skills.
