She is a multifaceted HR Professional with proven and extensive experience working in multicultural environments for over two decades.  She brings a unique combination of deep operational & HR advisory leadership, with a passion to enable stakeholders to envision and implement transformations within their teams.
Jyothi is adept at building successful teams, coaching and developing people, and creating strategies to turn around challenged teams.  She is avidly result-focused with accomplishments in the areas of strategic HR business partnering, employee engagement & well-being, talent acquisition, HR risk management, and building and supporting teams from the ground up to the matured phase.
She has led and managed multiple leadership roles across multinational companies, across countries. Her last corporate role was with Wells Fargo Bank in London. Before that, she was with the GCC of Wells Fargo Bank for over 14 years, where she led teams across India and the Philippines.
She is a successful coach of the next generation of leaders who works with a growth mindset, leads by example, and focuses on the strengths of the people.
Jyothi completed an intensive certificate course – Inner MBA, in the first cohort. She is also a graduate of executive management from IIM, Bangalore.
