Enabled GCC

Gloplax will assist with the Build of a Global Capability Center(GCC) including site selection, facility strategy and build, Tech Infrastructure, recruitment, support functions (HR, Finance, Legal, Risk & Controls, Facilities, Vendor Management, Procurement, Communications & Branding, etc.). We will provide leadership and support staff till such time that you are able to stabilize your own team and transition the responsibilities.

Hosted GCC

Gloplax will perform all the activities that are required to setup a Global Capability Center (GCC), and go on to run the Support functions (HR, Finance, Legal, Risk & Controls, Facilities, Vendor Management, Procurement, Communications & Branding, etc.) on a long-term basis. This allows you to focus on managing the Delivery without worrying about the enabling functions. This is a low capex, low risk model to get started on your GCC journey. It allows for a fast and flexible setup, with cost efficiencies even at lower team sizes.

Virtual GCC

We offer a variation of the Hosted GCC model wherein you may not setup a legal entity of your own but leverage the Gloplax legal entity. In this setup, while your organization’s Delivery staff are on Gloplax’s books, the model is identical to the Hosted GCC in every other way.
