Tanay leads Gloplax’s client partnership strategy, driving engagement excellence and strengthening long-term relationships across global enterprises.

With over 28 years of experience in the Banking and Insurance domains, Tanay brings deep expertise in Offshore Delivery, Stakeholder Engagement, Vendor Management, Change Management, and Technology Delivery. His leadership is grounded in a practitioner’s understanding of the GCC ecosystem, having built, scaled, and matured multiple global capability centers across geographies.

Before joining Gloplax, Tanay served as Managing Director at Allstate India, a strategic talent and capability center supporting technology, operations, claims, and analytics for The Allstate Corporation. Prior to that, he held several senior leadership roles at Wells Fargo Bank’s Global Services across India and the Philippines, where he led large-scale operations spanning Technology, Operations, Knowledge Services, Risk Services, and Data Analytics. As Chief Administrative Officer for the India centers, he was instrumental in establishing governance frameworks and driving the setup of greenfield GCCs in Hyderabad, Chennai, and Manila.

Earlier in his career, Tanay held leadership positions at ANZ Bank and worked with clients such as BSE, Sharekhan, GE Capital, Tata Steel, and Air Mauritius, across markets including Australia, the Philippines, the UK, and Mauritius. His proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver transformation across technology and operations has consistently created sustainable value for organizations.

At Gloplax, Tanay’s mandate is to enhance the firm’s client engagement model and contribute to its mission of making offshoring simple, scalable, and successful. His practitioner’s lens and global delivery experience bring a differentiated perspective to GCC advisory and consulting.

Tanay is actively involved in community initiatives, supporting United Way Hyderabad. He is also an active member of NASSCOM Pune and a supporter of the CII GCC Forum.
