Prasad Sivalanka serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Gloplax, where he leads the firm’s global technology strategy.

In his role, Prasad is responsible for strengthening Gloplax’s digital capabilities, developing an integrated product suite, advancing AI-driven innovation through in-house initiatives, and building strategic technology partnerships to support the company’s growth and client success. Prasad’s mandate is to oversee Gloplax’s next phase of technological evolution: enhancing digital offerings, deepening AI capabilities, and enabling clients to unlock greater operational efficiency and innovation at scale.

With over 30 years of experience across technology leadership, GCC expansions, and digital transformation, Prasad brings a unique blend of strategic foresight and hands-on execution expertise. His career spans leadership roles at Wells Fargo and HSBC, where he built and scaled large technology organizations, modernized enterprise data platforms, and drove operational resilience initiatives.

At HSBC, Prasad also championed collaborations with India’s startup and academic ecosystems, fostering innovation and accelerating digital growth. His work has consistently focused on leveraging technology as a catalyst for business transformation and sustainable value creation.
