Prasad joins Gloplax as the CTO (Chief Technology Officer), bringing with him three decades of rich experience, adding to Gloplax’s strong team of practitioners and further strengthening our commitment to delivering exceptional value to our clients. Prasad has built an exceptional career spanning Service organizations, Global Capability Centers (GCC) as a delivery leader. And having held multiple leadership positions, he has experienced the entire GCC lifecycle, from setup to expansion, and technology transformation for some of the world’s leading financial institutions, including Wells Fargo and HSBC.

He has successfully scaled large technology teams for global banks in India, led global initiatives to modernize data platforms, and established resilience teams that ensured operational excellence across geographies. Prasad is passionate about using AI wisely and responsibly. At HSBC, Prasad also drove collaborations with India’s startup ecosystem and academia, bringing innovation and agility into enterprise operations.

His experience aligns strongly with Gloplax’s vision of empowering organizations to build and scale high-impact GCCs. With his deep understanding of technology, data, and digital transformation, Prasad will play a pivotal role in strengthening Gloplax’s technology-driven capabilities and propelling our journey forward.
