Tanay Kediyal joins Gloplax as a Partner & Head of Client Partner Engagement

We are delighted to announce that Tanay Kediyal has joined Gloplax as the Head of Client Partner Management. Based in Hyderabad.
Tanay brings 28+ years of extensive expertise in the Banking and Insurance domain across Offshore Delivery, Stakeholder Engagement, Vendor Management, Change Management, and Technical Delivery. His experience will strengthen our client partnerships and enhance our overall capabilities and client offerings.

Most recently, Tanay served as the Managing Director at Allstate India, a strategic talent centre for the technology, operations, claims and analytics teams for the Allstate Corporation.

Prior to this, Tanay held several key leadership roles in Wells Fargo Bank’s Global Services across India and The Philippines, including leadership of the Hyderabad GCC, and managing Technology, Operations, Knowledge Services, Risk Services, and Data Analytics functions. In addition to these, he headed Technology functions at ANZ Bank and has also undertaken international assignments in Australia, The Philippines, UK and Mauritius.
Tanay Kediyal’s appointment aligns strongly with Gloplax’s vision of enabling global enterprises to build, transform, and scale high-performing GCCs. In his role as Partner & Head of Client Partner Management, he will play a key part in strengthening client relationships, elevating strategic engagement and advancing Gloplax’s mission of delivering measurable, transformation-led outcomes.
